Maples

Welcome to Maples Class.

We have Year 1 and 2 children in this class. In the morning Year 1 are taught by Mrs. Summers and Miss Cowdell. Year 2 are taught by Miss Lewis. Maples are together in the afternoon with Miss Cowdell.

Important days are:

- Thursday. PE afternoon

- Alternate Wednesdays. Show and Tell

- Friday. Library and Bruno Bear day.

Your child must have their reading book and record in school every day. If their book needs changing they should put it into the box in the morning.

Our class bear is called Bruno, he comes home with someone every weekend. Please write in his diary and feel free to tweet pictures of his adventures.

Thank you for your fabulous donations towards our class fund. We have some plans for how we would like to use our money and will let you know what we spend it on.

We have released our butterflies this morning! Lots of children had the chance to hold a butterfly before it flew away.
