Pupil Voice

At St Michael's we realise that the children's experiences of their learning and life at school are vitally important. We use class, subject and worship representatives and ambassadors to inform leaders and teachers of these experiences.

Subject Leaders meet with pupils to discuss how learning in their subjects is supported, what they enjoy, find challenging and any suggestions for improvements. These views feed into leaders action plans.

Senior Leaders meet regularly with pupils to discuss other school-wide issues such as worship, playtimes, behaviour and wellbeing, as well as our Eco-Warriors to inform what actions the school can take to help reduce our impact on the health of our planet and climate.
