Special Educational Needs (SEN)
At St. Michael's Easthampstead Primary School, we celebrate that all children are different and have diverse learning needs and we ensure we tailor learning opportunities to meet the needs of individual children. We build self-esteem with positive learning experiences and 'Go above and Beyond' to successfully involve children within whole school life.
We recognise SEND with the intention of addressing unmet needs within the four main categories of cognition and learning, social emotional and mental health, communication and interaction and sensory and/or physical needs. By enabling children to have an ability to engage and develop skills and knowledge to achieve and reach their potential across all areas of the curriculum.
