Pupil Voice
At St Michael's we realise that the children's experiences of their learning and life at school are vitally important. We use class representatives in KS2 to inform leaders and teachers of these experiences.
Subject Leaders meet with pupils to discuss how learning in their subjects is supported, what they enjoy, find challenging and any suggestions for improvements. These views feed into leaders action plans.
Senior Leaders meet regularly with pupils to discuss other school wide issues such as worship, playtimes, behaviour and wellbeing.
