Welcome to St.Michael’s PTA

Our aim is to help the school by raising funds and to provide enjoyable experiences for the children.

We have recently made it possible for the children to have access to Chromebooks and enjoy the experience of a WOW day with drones.  We have been able to provide the funds to enable the renovation of the reflection area and are now looking forward to purchasing the new benches for around the playground which will enrich children's social abilities.

Our two main fundraisers of the year are the Christmas Market and the summer fete (which we share with St.Michael’s Church) we also organise termly school discos and other fun events which enable the children to have fun whilst being in school environment and interacting with their peers.  We have previously carried out projects such as calendars, tea towels and personalised Christmas cards.  Our 2nd hand uniform sales are held regularly and uniform is sold at a very reasonable price.

We are always looking for new ideas and new volunteers to help with any activity big or small so please come and join us.

What can you do to help?

We need your help to think of ways to create income for the PTA, help us to help our children. If you have a few hours that you can spare, then please come along to meetings and pass on your ideas.  We are always on the look out for volunteers to help with events throughout the year.
