Religious Education (RE)
Our RE Curriculum provides a space for learning about people, cultures and faiths by developing relationships, tolerance, understanding and appreciation of others’ beliefs and values. It will open minds and bring alive the thought processes that lead to deeper understanding and greater awareness of the world and global challenges.
Our pupils will gain knowledge and understanding of a range of religions and worldviews and be able to use that knowledge to engage in informed and balanced conversations about religions and beliefs. Pupils will develop spiritually, morally, socially and culturally and to reflect on their own beliefs, being able to appreciate the many attitudes and opinions they will encounter.
